Reservation Policies & Guidelines
* Check in prior 07:00 hours will be billed for the previous evening.
* Reservation seemed as guaranteed only up to 18:00 hours in the absence of arrival details.
* Guaranteed reservation of rooms & villa will be against advance payment only.
* Payment may be made by Visa & Master card,payment may also be made to our bank account in Kanyakumari via cheque payable at par or demand draft.
* One night reputation charge is leviable on NO SHOW.
Cancellation policy
* For cancellation received
* 30 days or more 100% refund
* 14 days or more 50% refund
* Less than 14 days in advance of arrival date “NO REFUNDS”
* No refund for cancellation on booking from 20th DEC to 10TH JAN of every year.
